Suren Seneviratne is a Sri-Lankan born, London-based Visual Artist and Musician. Having received his formal education in Fine Art (from the esteemed Goldsmiths University, London), Suren went onto work as a practising Visual Artist working across all forms of multimedia including sound, video, disposable photography and Internet-based works. His main concern nowadays is the Electronic music project My Panda Shall Fly which has released records and cassettes on various labels based in the UK and Europe and performed at culture hubs such as the Tate Modern and Nottingham Contemporary. Suren's work as My Panda Shall Fly has gathered all sorts of well-deserved attention from magazines (like FACT, XLR8R etc.), music blogs (like Abeano, Pitchfork etc.), and international taste-makers on radio stations like BBC Radio 1, BBC Asian Network, XFM and Resonance FM.
With such a distinctive look, Suren has worked across all types of photo and video ad campaigns for corporate clients and fashion brands alike, e.g. Halifax, Nike 1948, Oliver Spencer, Adidas, GQ Style & W Magazine.
