Syirin Said
Syirin's modelling career began at the age of 8 as a child model with
her first TV debut being an advert for Nissan. She did her first TV
interview with a highly-respected Malaysian author at the age of 10
and went on to do many more TV appearances & adverts (both TVC &
prints). At the age of 15, whlist still at high school, Syirin formed
Malaysia’s first all-girl group & with the release of their debut
album they quickly became national sweethearts. Syirin also had the
opportunity to act in several films & TV series and only took a break
to pursue her studies in the UK. As Syirin has a confident, versatile
& friendly personality, she was given the chance to host Malaysia’s
first ever Interactive Entertainment TV show in Malaysia after she had
completed her studies in the UK. Syirin has since hosted several other
shows including Channel 5’s ’99 Things To do Before You Die’. She is
now a permanent UK resident and has hosted many live entertainment
events around the world, interviewed International bands including
‘Westlife’, ‘Savage Garden’ & ‘ Lostprophets’ to name a few. Syirin would
be your perfect choice if you are looking for a versatile, upbeat,
quirky model/presenter with an exotic look. In her sparetime, Syirin does
Interior Decorating & is an activist for several children charities.
